Hiking in Sölden
There are 600 summits surrounding Sölden and 300 km of marked hiking trails. If you prefer a less demanding excursion, rather take one of the cableways to transport you some way up the mountain where you can immediately start your hike across the mountain pastures to one of the numerous mountain huts where you can enjoy a bite to eat. 

Rock climbing in the Ötz Valley 
The Ötztal offers countless possibilities for interesting and challenging climbing tours. But families with children and beginners can also try out the fixed rope routes.

The extensive offer and number of climbing gardens make the Ötztal a real climbing paradise for climbing pros but also for inexperienced climbers.

Mountain biking in Sölden
The Ötz Valley has many kilometres of well-marked trails and routes for cyclists and mountain bikers. It doesn't matter if you want to go on a leisurely drive through the countryside or if you prefer a challenging mountain bike stretch in the Ötz Valley mountains.

Sölden´s Freizeitpark (Leisure park)
Recently, a new sports facility has opened up in Sölden.
It has basketball, volleyball and street soccer to offer. It also has a FUN PARK for inline skaters and skateboarders.
